Biorcamp was created as a result of an entrepreneurial tradition going back several generations from the agricultural and ornamental horticulture sector.

Abotrans, belongs to a Burés company.

Abotrans S.A. is an animal- and plant-based compost production plant with a high content of microorganisms, manufacturing products in powder and pellet format. All the products are sold in sacks, big bags and bulk.

The plant is located in the privileged setting of Escarabajosa de Cabezas (Segovia), with abundant raw material for the manufacture of fertilisers.

The company forms part of the BURÉS family companies, several generations of which have been working in the growing media, soil, fertilisers and compost sector.

A high degree of organic animal matter

The advantage of Biorcamp Premium and Forton is their high level of organic animal matter, with a significant percentage of humic acids, which facilitates the exchange of ions in the exchange complex between soil and plant.

They also improve the physical properties of the soil, promoting porosity, aeration and water circulation in clayey soils, while contributing structure for sandy soils.

Compared to traditional manure, Abotrans’s product has already undergone the decomposition process, therefore allowing it to be put on the soil during seeding or a few days before rather than months in advance, as often needed by manure in order to be added to the soil.
